WEDDING CAKES

• If we are delivering the cake, responsibility of care for the cake moves to the venue if they are moving it after we deliver it.

•  No refunds will be given to damaged caused beyond our control.

•  All our cakes are buttercream and ganache for stability - if your venue does not have aircon we cannot guarantee the structurally soundness of the cake - particularly in warm weather (If the cake is above 23 degrees then it will begin to collapse over time).

• Cakes should be positioned out of sunlight / spotlights (warm lights)

• All cake set ups are in the morning, therefore if you have an evening service please insure that the venue are aware that the cake must be kept cool.

• We can not be held accountable for any damage, melting or collapsing of the cake after it leaves our care as it is beyond our control.

• We do not advise (nor will place a cake) on a wedding stand that is spherical with a base that meets in a pinnacle - as they are not stable enough to support a cake.

•  Please be aware of the above information if you are holding a summer wedding in a venue that is not air-conned.
